We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Emma Agent Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at dbc.miguel@gmail.com and we will help you.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Plan page — no refund request needed for future months. Your assistant keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
