INSURANCE: We accept Delta Dental, Cigna, MetLife and Aetna. We are out of network with Kaiser.
PAYMENT: Cash, all major cards, and 6-month interest-free payment plans over $500.
CANCELLATION: Please give 24 hours notice, otherwise a $40 fee applies.
PARKING: Free patient parking behind the building on Cedar Lane.
